Renee M. Piché, President

Ms. Piché founded MLC in 1994 envisioning a better way to help communities get the equipment and technology they need while effectively dealing with ever-tighter budgets. Over the past three decades, lease financing has proven to be a cost-effective and extremely successful way to meet the increasing number and variety of services municipal governments offer their communities.

Ms. Piché began her financial career in 1984 with Norstar Bank in their newly formed Municipal Leasing Division. She continued to develop the product throughout the Fleet Bank acquisition until 1991. Subsequently, Ms. Piché joined KeyCorp as a Municipal Leasing Manager, building a fledgling department into a solid industry success. She was responsible for the development of a successful line of municipal leasing products nationwide.

As MLC puts 15 very successful years behind it, Ms. Piché leads the effort to continue providing innovative new lease financing solutions to help municipalities get the equipment and technology they need.

 

Robin E. Gidney, Vice President Operations

One of the key hallmarks of the MLC process is the smooth and efficient processing of projects. As VP of Operations, Ms. Gidney is responsible for maintaining our high level of client satisfaction by anticipating and quickly resolving any issues that might arise before and during the process.

Ms. Gidney oversees deals from start to finish, including offering cost-effective options, developing proposals, and closely coordinating with the municipality, investor, attorney, insurance company, and escrow bank. Ms. Gidney joined the MLC team in 1997, building on her senior management success at a leading business services company.

You may have noticed that Ms. Piché and Ms. Gidney look strikingly similar... in fact they are twin sisters, and the natural synergy they share is one of the many reasons for the continued success of the Company.

 

Kristine M. Lamore, Manager of Operations

With a keen eye for detail Ms. Lamore offers MLC clients a unique depth of customer support expertise that is essential to the seamless day-to-day management of projects. She also handles MLC’s presence at industry trade shows and coordinates all marketing media. Ms. Lamore comes to MLC with extensive experience in administration and account management with her former positions as Public Relations Account Coordinator at a leading ad agency, and Customer Service Representative at a major Northeast fuel company.

 

Joe Longo, Business Development Manager

Joe joined the MLC Team in June of 2009 and brings with him 30 years of finance, banking and insurance expertise. As an integral part of our Business Development effort, Joe helps target areas of opporttunity for MLC and is front and center in our ongoing efforts to offer our clients exceptional customer service. Joe is extremely well-versed in the fundamentals of lease-financing and the challenges facing today's municipalities. Most recently, Joe served as a National Director for a leading nationwide insurance company.

 

Lucille Sweet, Lease Representative

Ms. Sweet joined the MLC Team in January of 2009 and brings a vast array of experience creating and maintaining smooth documentation processes. Another great benefit to MLC and its customers, Ms. Sweet also coordinates the numerous conferences and trade shows in which MLC exhibits each year. Lucille monitors a variety of details for MLC projects and the every-changing aspects of the projects as they move forward through completion.
